Making a conscious effort to boost your immunity on a regular basis is an important part of your overall health. It's especially difficult when you're sick and your main priority is to get better. When you take these steps to improve your health and boost your immune system, getting sick isn't such a big deal because your body has developed the strength to protect you from any illness. Natural supplements are my favorite way to boost immunity, and I'll even go so far as to make my own supplements or medicine to aid in my own health and healing.

This recipe is and has been known as a natural "hydroxychloroquine," which is a popular medicine that has been found to help people heal from coronavirus if you do your research. In fact, according to the FDA the medicine at one point did work successfully in the healing of covid-19 patients.

A new study published by medRxiv shows hydroxychloroquine, combined with zinc, increased the survival rate of severely ill Wuhan coronavirus patients by 200 percent.

While the study is new, the information about the effectiveness of hydroxychloroquine has been known since April of 2020. Doctors around the country were prescribing it with positive results.

Of course, this was only until too many people were healed and they decided to declare it no longer effective. I can't help but wonder why they would stop using a medicine that was clearly doing more good than harm in terms of healing many sick people.

July 1, 2020 Update: A summary of the FDA review of safety issues with the use of hydroxychloroquine and chloroquine to treat hospitalized patients with COVID-19 is now available. This includes reports of serious heart rhythm problems and other safety issues, including blood and lymph system disorders, kidney injuries, and liver problems and failure.

June 15, 2020 Update: Based on ongoing analysis and emerging scientific data, FDA has revoked the emergency use authorization (EUA) to use hydroxychloroquine and chloroquine to treat COVID-19 in certain hospitalized patients when a clinical trial is unavailable or participation is not feasible. We made this determination based on recent results from a large, randomized clinical trial in hospitalized patients that found these medicines showed no benefit for decreasing the likelihood of death or speeding recovery. This outcome was consistent with other new data, including those showing the suggested dosing for these medicines are unlikely to kill or inhibit the virus that causes COVID-19. As a result, we determined that the legal criteria for the EUA are no longer met. Please refer to the Revocation of the EUA Letter and FAQs on the Revocation of the EUA for Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate and Chloroquine Phosphate for more information.

Personally, this medication has healed both me and my family members who have recently suffered from this illness; as a result, I felt compelled to share it with others! This recipe is lovely because of its simplicity; it is so simple to make and takes very little time!

So enough chit chat! Lets get to the recipe already!

You'll need:

2 Grapefruits

2 Lemons

Add honey at the end to help with bitterness!

Directions:

Remove all but the rines (peels) from the fruit and set aside. Next, place all of the rines in a pot and cover with water. Simmer for 3 hours on low heat.

After 3 hours, discard the rines and drain the syrup into a separate container.

Dosage:

2 tbsp per day or more, depending on your immunity requirements. However, in general, 2 tablespoons per day should suffice!
